Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities. HAESBICH KISEU is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HAESBICH KISEU is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
