At Haesbich Kiseu, all products are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Returns & Store Credit

If a return request is approved, refunds will not be issued. Instead, customers will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs. Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website.
All approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Insurance & Liability
Haesbich Kiseu offers optional shipping insurance to protect orders against loss or damage during transit. If shipping insurance is not selected at checkout, Haesbich Kiseu is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
We guarantee shipment to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate. Haesbich Kiseu is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
